The annual Hummer?s Parade will begin at 1 p.m. on New Years Day in downtown Middletown.
The parade will gather in the area around 100 S. Cass St and will travel to Park Place, Broad Street and will then turn left onto Main Street, ultimately disbanding around S. Cass St.
Parade participants are asked to arrive around noon to put floats together, which should be put together on site.
The floats will be spoofs of national and local events.
All are welcome to join.
The parade is not sponsored by the town or any specific group.
